CrochetDubai
US, UK and Japanese crochet, side by side. Reference tables for the three crochet naming systems, built so you can check a term one-handed with a project in your lap.
The one thing to know first
US and UK patterns use the same words for different stitches. A US single crochet is a UK double crochet, and the abbreviation dc means one thing in one and something a third taller in the other. Japanese patterns dodge the problem entirely by using symbol charts, which is why they are readable in any language once you know the symbols.
