Treble Crochet (tr)
In a US pattern this is called treble crochet (tr). In a UK pattern the same stitch is called double treble (dtr). Same stitch, different name — check which country wrote your pattern before you start.
Two yarn overs before inserting the hook, cleared two loops at a time. Tall and open, with visible gaps between stitches.
The Japanese name 長々編み (naga-naga-ami) literally means "very long knitting".

Watch out for
US 'tr' and UK 'tr' are different stitches. In UK terms 'tr' is what a US pattern calls a double crochet.
